Evaluation

the website uses white and red as its main color because that colour represent the manchester united fc. Since the background is not plain or dull, it grabs the user attention.
The words are mostly in black which is suitable as the background it white and red, thus making a good contrast and doesn't strain the eye of the reader.
The alignment is good since the navigation diagram of the left because people are used to reading from left to right.
It maintain consistency throughout the web as the navigation, header,etc, remains the same each time i change the page and so it make sure the viewer is not lost when he/she goes to another page of the same website.
The spaces between the line and words are perfectly ok, making it neater and easier for the viewer to read. this does not strain the viewer's eyes.

how does this apply to my website?

in order to viewers, i need to have an attractive background, useful informations and try the best to make it detailed, simple. People wouldnt want to view a detail but complicating websites and with boring background and i have to make sure my words can be read easily.

evaluation

the website has quite plain white background. so it must use a dark font in order to see what it writes clearly.for that they have a good contrast.The picture of the skeleton with wings attracts the attention of the viewer which is mainly its fans.
Consistency is spotted in this website but the website has a lot of things and its too long.
the viewer needs to scroll down in every page which is not good.
their alignment is good.their proximity is also bad because they try squeeze too much words and makes it very long and tedious and boring. this bad because the viewer just go to other webpage or even leave the web.





how does this apply to my website?

i need to make my background interesting and not just plain white and i also need to make my features useful to the topic and maintain consistency.i also need to have a focal point that attracts the viewer's attention
